Agreement

These terms govern access to and use of Bosun, the Bosun website, and related services operated by AI Escape. By using Bosun, you agree to these terms and any written agreement that applies to your organization.

Use of Bosun

You may use Bosun only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable documentation, access controls, and workspace permissions. You are responsible for users, content, instructions, credentials, and systems connected to your account.

Customer Content

Customer content remains the responsibility of the customer. You grant AI Escape the rights needed to process customer content to provide, secure, support, and improve Bosun and related project operations services.

Restrictions

You may not misuse Bosun, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, reverse engineer non-public components, introduce malicious code, or use Bosun in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Service Changes

We may update Bosun, change features, suspend access to protect the service, or stop offering parts of the service. Material customer commitments should be documented in the applicable written agreement.

Disclaimers and Liability

Bosun is provided to the maximum extent permitted by law without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. AI Escape is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages except where prohibited by law.
